A graduate of Villanova University with a dual focus in Civil Engineering and Mathematics, Megan brings nearly a decade of experience across complex infrastructure projects in the New York City metropolitan area. Her career includes key roles at leading firms such as Tutor Perini Corporation, Granite Construction, MLJ Contracting, and Ferreira Construction before taking on her current position as Construction Superintendent at Halmar International. Megan has contributed to major infrastructure projects like the Kosciuszko Bridge, Hudson Yards Platform, and MTA developments, where she has consistently demonstrated leadership, precision, and a collaborative spirit on high-impact jobs.

Beyond her technical expertise, Megan is recognized for her critical thinking, public speaking, and team leadership. My advice to young women entering this industry is to know that no matter the career path you choose—even in traditionally male-dominated roles—you absolutely have what it takes to succeed.

One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is navigating a male-dominated environment, but it also presents a powerful opportunity to break barriers and pave the way for more women to lead in construction.
