What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the people I have been surrounded by throughout my career. From mentors and leaders who guided me, to colleagues and teams who collaborated with me, I’ve been fortunate to learn from those around me. Their support and influence have helped shape my path and strengthen my commitment to leading with integrity and purpose.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The advice I share with young women entering the industry is to always pay attention to detail. It’s often the small things that make the biggest difference, whether it’s in fraud prevention, operations, or guest experience. Precision and consistency build trust, and trust is the foundation of both professional success and meaningful relationships.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The greatest challenge in this industry is fraud itself. It is constantly evolving, which requires me to stay up to date with trends, technology, and criminal behaviors. It’s a field where vigilance is key, and where adaptability and ongoing learning are essential to staying ahead and protecting both organizations and their customers.
