Jacqueline Christophe-Hayot
Dr. Jacqueline Christophe‑Hayot is an accomplished leader in higher education and institutional advancement, currently serving as the Executive Director of Professional and Executive Business Education at the University of Rhode Island’s College of Business. In this role, Dr. Christophe‑Hayot leads executive learning initiatives, corporate partnerships, and professional development programs that drive innovation and industry impact.
Her career spans a variety of leadership roles in academia and education strategy. As Campus Dean at DeVry University, Dr. Christophe‑Hayot advanced student enrollment and built key institutional partnerships. She also played a pivotal role at Everspring Partners, where she supported the successful transition of traditional academic programs to online platforms for several nationally recognized universities. Earlier in her career, she helped launch pioneering graduate programs in cybersecurity and homeland security, broadening educational access for adult learners.
Dr. Christophe‑Hayot holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, an MBA, and a bachelor’s degree. She is passionate about lifelong learning and is dedicated to expanding pathways to education. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys international travel and takes pride in preparing traditional Jamaican meals with her family.

I value celebrating others’ successes with genuine happiness, staying disciplined, and remaining focused on my goals.
